Carhartt Terms of Service
These terms describe the general use of the Carhartt Safety Supply website and quote request process. Product availability, pricing, lead times, and program services may vary by region, quantity, and distributor agreement.
Quote information
Information submitted through forms is used to prepare a response to your inquiry. A quotation is not a final contract until confirmed by an authorized representative. Technical references such as ANSI/ISEA 107, NFPA 2112, or ASTM F2413 are provided to help organize purchasing discussions and must be reviewed against your own workplace requirements.
No absolute safety guarantee
Carhartt does not guarantee that any product will prevent injury in every circumstance. PPE and workwear selection depends on hazard assessment, fit, care, training, inspection, and correct use. Employers remain responsible for workplace compliance and worker instruction.
Website content
We work to keep content practical and current, but errors can occur. Do not rely on this website as the sole source for product approval, regulatory compliance, or safety program design. Request current product documentation before purchasing for a regulated task.
Program responsibilities
Your organization is responsible for confirming that selected items match the hazards, environmental conditions, worker training, and inspection procedures at your workplace. Carhartt may help organize questions, product categories, and documentation notes, but your qualified safety personnel must decide whether a garment, footwear item, or accessory is appropriate for a specific job. Any examples on this site are illustrative and may not match your local law, collective bargaining agreement, customer contract, or internal safety policy.
Orders, substitutions, and lead times
Bulk workwear programs can involve size runs, color rules, embroidery restrictions, replenishment windows, and distributor inventory. If an item is unavailable, we may suggest an alternative for review, but a substitution should not be treated as accepted until your team confirms the specification. Lead times shown in email or quote discussions are estimates unless a final sales document states otherwise. Freight delays, seasonal demand, and supplier changes may affect delivery.
Use of forms and communications
By submitting a form, you authorize Carhartt Safety Supply or an approved fulfillment partner to contact you about your request. You agree not to submit confidential employee medical information, incident reports, or proprietary customer data through public website forms. If a project requires sensitive documents, ask for a secure transfer method before sending them.
